Device for strengthening forearm and wrist muscles, according to the invention, includes a circular cross-section base grip (1) with an integral attachment (10) of a narrower round cross-section, which has at its end a rectangular cross-section groove (11). Axially, in the middle of the attachment (10) a round threaded hole (12) is formed, where a hollow rotating grip (2) is placed on the attachment (10) of the grip (1) whereby a surface of a front part (22) of the grip (2) is firmly connected with corresponding edge surface (13) of the attachment (10). Internal diameter of a grip (2) corresponds to the outer diameter of the attachment (10) and outer diameter of a grip (2) corresponds to outer diameter of the base grip (1). Inside of the hollow grip (2), a shallow ractangular groove (21) is placed on, directly opposite the groove (11), and in the grooves (11, 21) is placed ring fuse (4) so that it is partially arranged in the groove (11) and partially in the groove (21). Inside the hollow grip (2) a casing (6) is placed so its lined on the surface of a front part (22) while a ring circumference (61) of the casing (6) is facing outside and with own outer circumference is supported on internal diameter of a grip (2). Through opening on the casing (6), a screw (3) with conical narrowing part (31) is pulled and with its outlet (32) is threadedly coupled with the hole (12) in the attachment (10). A sponge cushions (5) are attached to the outer side of the base grip (1) and to the outer side of the rotating, sliding grip (2).
