The invention relates to a process and plant for local purification of domestic waste water. According to the invention, the process consists in that the collected domestic waste waters are subjected to physical-mechanical filtration and direct separation by atomization on a heated surface, resulting in detergents in solid state, which are gravitationally collected, and vapours which are converted into effluents and recycled in the consumer's energy circuit. The claimed plant consists of a tank (3) for collecting waste water, a filtering system (6) in stages, some nozzles (12) which provide the water drop atomization, a plate (13) heated from a heating unit (15), resulting in vapours (10) and solid substances (14), a heat exchanger (21) which condenses the vapours (10), a tank (18) for collecting warm effluent resulted from the exchanger (21) for recycling it as domestic water, as well as a sensorial and process automation system (9).
