Experimental testing device for dynamic, thermal and tribological analyzes of disk brake components is designed so that the drive mechanism of the brake disc and the friction brake system are arranged in a single axis. In the disc drive mechanism, the axis of the servomotor (14), the planet gear (15) and the brake disc (9) axis are identical. The friction brake system comprises a linear motor (1), sensor (4) pressure force, a linear guide (5), pressure unit (6) friction material and pressure metal plate (7) of the friction material. In the friction retaining system on the brake disc, the axis of the linear motor (1) is identical to the resulting thrust force. There is a feedback between the control of the linear motor (1) and the pressure transducer (4).
