After detecting a voltage failure in the first phase, the power suply of socket (4) is connected to the available second phase on the basis of the instruction of the starting unit (1), in the event of a voltage failure on the second phase, the power supply of the socket (4) is connected to the available third phase. The device may preferably have a battery (9) with a transducer (10), in which case when the power supply of the socket (4) is connected to the output of the transducer (10) after the failure is detected at all available phases. Phase power suply failure is detected by one sensor (3), which is located on the power supply side of the socket (4) after the phase switching point. The device may have three cascade switches (21, 22, 23) with two input poles, wherein the output of the first switch (21) is connected to the first input pole (22a) of the second switch (22) and where the output of the second switch (22) is connected to the first input pole (23a) of the third switch (23) and the output of the third switch (23) is connected to the socket (4).
