摘要

the objective of this work is to design and implement a system (prototype) to a user computer through a command and control facility.in fact, the agricultural sector in tunisia is faced with economic and environmental issues in the management of water, especially in areas with arid or semi-arid climate csidi bouzid and how fast. among these problems, the poor management of water and energy, resulting in a very high cost because of the use of diesel and electric pumps.as the majority of these regions are very beautiful and the water is available in shallow aquifers.we have shown that the automatic drip irrigation using photovoltaics is the best compromise in order to develop the agriculture of water saving.the cost of energy and the irrigation system.
