A METHOD OF PRODUCING A NANOSTRUCTURE LIPID CARRIER OR A NANO-EMULSION COMPRISES THE STEPS OF LIQUEFYING AN OIL PHASE, CONTAINING SOLID LIPID, LIQUID LIPID OR A COMBINATION THEREOF, WITH A LIPOPHILIC SURFACTANT AT A TEMPERATURE HIGHER THAN THE MELTING POINT OF THE OIL PHASE WHERE RECRYSTALLIZATION OF THE OIL PHASE IS AVOIDED; ADDING ACTIVE INGREDIENTS INTO THE LIQUEFIED OIL PHASE FOLLOWED BY ART AQUEOUS PHASE CONTAINING A HYDROPHILIC SURFACTANT TO FORM A MIXTURE, WHEREIN THE AQUEOUS PHASE IS PRE-HEATED TO A TEMPERATURE PREVENTING OIL PHASE RECRYSTALLIZATION ONCE IT IS ADDED INTO THE OIL PHASE; FORMING A PRE-EMULSION FROM THE MIXTURE; HOMOGENIZING THE PRE-EMULSION UNDER HIGH PRESSURE TO PROVIDE THE NANOSTRUCTURE LIPID CARRIER THAT A RHEOLOGY MODIFIER IS ADDED DURING THE HOMOGENIZING STEP; CHARACTERIZED IN THAT COOLING IS CONDUCTED TO THE FORMED PRE-EMULSION AND/OR NANOSTRUCTURE LIPID CARRIER.
