The present invention relates to a method for installing wall structures for buildings and the like comprising the steps of: laying out a main formwork "on-site" on the ground to form a wall structure mould; installing supporting pivotable hinges on the inner ground area and on the inner portion of the corresponding side of the wall structure mould where the base of the precast wall structure will be formed; applying releasing wax on the inner ground area of the wall structure mould; installing reinforcement elements on the inner ground area of the wall structure mould; pouring concrete mix on the inner ground area of the wall structure mould to form the precast wall structure; curing the resulting precast wall structure; and lifting the precast wall structure in erected position with respect to the supporting hinges and said base.
