The process of making Gabi (Colocasia esculenta) Meat balls comprising the steps washing a specified amount of gabi (Colocasia esculenta), peeling washed gabi (Colocasia escu/enta),slicing of peeled gabi, grating of sliced gabi, crushing of grated gabi using mortar and pestle, mixing the grated and crushed gabi (Colocasia esculenta) with ground meat, all-purpose flour, egg, garlic, ground pepper and table salt, moulding into circular shape, frying with vegetable oil until it turns into brown coloration. Gabi (Colocasia esculenta) meat balls obtainable by the process according to claim 1.
