This utility model relates generally to the processing and packaging of berrynut oatmeal. The process of making berrynut oatmeal bar includes the following steps: preparing the needed materials and ingredients; preparing the batter mixture for crust; dividing the batter into two equal parts; flattening the batters in baking sheets; cooking the strawberry syrup, condensed milk and light syrup for filling; spreading half of the filling in the one of the crust; placing the other crust over the filled crust; spreading the other filling in the top of the crust and sprinkling with chopped roasted berrynut; baking the mixture in preheated oven for 50 to 1 hour at 1500C; removing the baked berrynut oatmeal bar from the heat; slicing into rectangular bar shape; packing individually using the OPP/CPP type of packaging material; packing individual packs in a cartoon box or plastic canister; and labeling with the registered brand name.
