The present invention relates to a flame-arrestor device of the two-way type, comprising a body (10) which includes a cavity (12) longitudinally extending along a longitudinal axis (Y). The body further comprises a first opening (15) for the passage of a fluid (air) from or to said cavity (12) and a second opening (16) for the passage of the fluid (air) from or to said cavity (12). The device further comprises a flame-arrestor cartridge (20) accommodated in the cavity (12) so as to intercept the flow of fluid between the first opening (15) and the second opening (16). Such a flame-arrestor cartridge (20) includes a plurality of laminar elements (21 ) mutually spaced apart along the longitudinal axis (Y) so as to define at least one channel (25) for the passage for said fluid between two adjacent laminar elements (21 ) of said plurality of laminar elements (21 ). Such a channel is configured so that the flow of said fluid develops from or to said longitudinal axis.
