integrated with very low environmental impact to manufacture coils of rolled steel strip hot and cold rolling plant, comprising a melting section (SF) to produce liquid steel directly connected to a section of continuous casting and hot rolling (CCHR) with final winding of the strip in coils, being in turn connected latter section (CCHR) to a section of cold rolling (PCR) which is connected with a section (CF) finish, said plant further comprising a cutting section longitudinal (SL) suitable for receiving coils of each of these three sections work (CCHR, PCR, CF), a suitable grinding section vehicles (aS) to produce metallic scrap adapted to be used as raw material in that section of casting (SF), a section waste incineration grinding vehicle (ASRB) suitable for generating power to feed the plant, and a section of t Treatment (ST) of smelter slags (FS) suitable for recycling slag and recover heat therefrom.
