Food delivery nozzle (100) for connection to a food container (200), comprising: a base (110) comprising a proximal face (114), a distal face (112) and a passage wall (113 ) defining a passage (123) that extends through the base (110); a peak (120) extending proximally from the proximal face (114) and having an opening (127) at a proximal end (102), the peak (120) comprising an outer wall (124) and an inner wall (122 ), the inner wall (122) defining a span (125); and characterized by a proximal portion of the outer wall that is bulbous shaped and made of a soft semi-flexible material to resemble the shape and feel of a teat; wherein the passage (123), lumen (125), and opening (127) have a substantially equal diameter and are connected so that a liquid or semi-solid food can flow from a fixed container (200), through the passage (123), through the lumen (125) and out of the opening (127); the spout (100) being configured to be placed over a hard plastic straw (220) extending from a food bag (200) such that at least a part of the inner wall of the spout is in contact with an outer wall of the straw and the nozzle configured to removably connect it to the straw (220).
