Coordination complex of at least one metallic element chosen from titanium, zirconium, hafnium, vanadium, niobium or tantalum with at least one monomer that responds to the following formula (I): ** (See formula) ** in which: - R1 is an ethylenic group; - R2, R3, R4, R5 and R6 represent, independently of each other, a hydrogen atom, an -OH group, an amine group, a -CHO group, an oxime group, a hydrazone group, a carboxyl -COOH group, a halogen atom, a trialkylsilane group and any salts thereof, provided that at least one of the groups R2 to R6 represents a group -OH and at least one of the groups R2 to R6 represents an oxime group; said metallic element being in the form of a metal alkoxide.
