Composition comprising a peptide and osidic extract of seeds of Vigna unguiculata substantially released from any residual native protein and, where appropriate, an appropriate excipient, characterized in that the peptide and osidic extract comprises 10 to 90% by weight of peptides and the 10 to 90% by weight of sugars, the percentages being expressed with respect to the total weight of said peptide and ossid extract.
