A radar series comprising: a panel (10), the panel comprising an upper part and a lower part; at least one resistive V-shaped dipole transmission antenna; and at least one resistive V-shaped dipole receiving antenna, wherein at least one resistive V-shaped dipole transmitting antenna and at least one resistive V-shaped dipole receiving antenna are coupled in a series, where the series is arranged on the panel; characterized in that the series comprises a plurality of high frequency antennas (1) coupled in a high frequency series coupled to the panel (10); wherein at least one resistive V-shaped dipole transmission antenna and at least one resistive V-shaped dipole receiving antenna are low frequency antennas (21) coupled in a low frequency series (20) arranged in the panel; wherein at least one antenna of the plurality of high frequency antennas (1) is a high frequency transmitting antenna that operates to transmit a first signal having a first central frequency; wherein at least one low frequency resistive V-shaped dipole transmission antenna (21) operates to transmit a second signal having a lower center frequency than the first center frequency; and wherein the low frequency series (20) can be oriented in a range of directions to direct the transmitted signal towards the ground with an angle almost perpendicular to the surface of the terrain at one end, or with an angle almost parallel to the surface of the terrain at the other end.
