A device for treatment of ocular pathology that comprises at least one eyering (1)wherein a proximal end of said eye ring (1) is suitable to be applied onto aglobe andmeans (2) to generate high intensity focused ultrasound beam fixed on a distalend ofthe eye ring (1). The means to generate high intensity focused ultrasound beampresenting a concave segment shape conformed along a single curvaturecorresponding to a single direction perpendicular to a revolution axis of theeye ring,wherein a concavity is designed to be tuned towards a eyeglobe. The use ofmeans togenerate ultrasound beam presenting a concave segment shape conformed along asingle curvature corresponding to a single direction instead of means togenerateultrasound beam having a toric geometry allows for eliminating the risk ofhaving aplurality of focalisation regions, thus simplifying the manufacturing process.
