A process disclosed, wherein water at least partly recovered from trapped,melted snow, servesas base for a brewed alcoholic liquor. The use of controlled combustion,wherein a flavoring mixturescavenged from readily available resources burns, such that smoke therefromimpart a roasted flavourto liquor base water, characterizes subject process. Another characteristic ofprocess is the preparationof brewers yeast before fermentation, by spraying it with maize oil.Subsequent fermentationfurthermore involves the reaction between soaked brewers yeast and corn syrupsugars dissolved inbeverage base water. Process lastly comprises a means of dispensing liquorproduct, so as to preserveits contents ideally for consumers.
