A pig for transporting a container containing a biohazardous materialcomprising a bottleand a closure for the bottle. The pig includes a body comprising a containercompartmentand a cap for attachment to the body, for closing the container to shieldinglycontain abiohazardous material in the container. The cap comprises a collar and a capclosure thatcloses an opening in the collar disposed in communication with the containercompartment, for receiving a closure of the container when the collar isattached to thebody. The cap closure attaches to the collar in a compressive motion to graspthecontainer closure, such that when the cap is removed from the bottle with thecap closureattached to the collar the container is held by the cap.
