A method and system are provided for processing an interaction response of arequest serviceprovider. The method includes detecting the interaction response for a firstinteraction sessionusing a first interaction channel, determining a task associated with theinteraction response,and obtaining context data of a plurality of other interaction sessions. Thecontext data isrelated to activity of the request initiator. The method also includesassociating a subset of thecontext data that is related to the task with the interaction response andmodifying theinteraction response using the subset of the context data. A method and systemare alsoprovided for processing an interaction request using context data.
