From at least one rock sample resulting from the formation, measured production data relating to the formation and a mesh representation representative of the formation, each of the meshes of the meshed representation comprising at least one indicator relating to the distribution of the facies present in the mesh, the method comprises a step of setting history whose at least one of the adjustment parameters is the diagenetic state of the facies identified.
