A plumbing installation consisting of a gray water collector, a heat exchanger, a non-return valve, of an anode. The entire installation is a heat recovery unit with function to extract the heat contained in the hot water discharges of a process in order to preheat water that feeds a bath / shower or water heater. The design of the heat exchanger heat allows a large heat transfer surface of the recuperator. The current invention is characterized by a method as well as a set of simple means integrated with the recuperator of heat preventing contamination of the drinking water system by gray water. Pressure hydrostatic positive drinking water of the exchanger is greater than the pressure of the party of gray water around the drinking water .The present invention is provided an anti-tamper back installed on the drinking water pipe to prevent contamination of the water network drinking.
