The present invention relates to equipment for an elderly person's health. More specifically, the present invention relates to portable equipment for an elderly person's health, wherein the equipment enables an elderly person to continually move his/her hand or wrist without specially applying a force, thereby improving the muscular strength of the wrist, achieving a movement of the knuckles, and applying stimuli to the fingertips. The equipment for muscle stimulation and strength development for an elderly person's health, according to the present invention, comprises: a support; a rotary part connected to the upper side of the support by a rotation transmitting part and having a handle for rotation that is attached to one side thereof, wherein the rotary part rotates relative to the support through the medium of the rotation transmitting part; and the rotation transmitting part including a rotary shaft connected with the rotary part, wherein the rotary shaft is connected to the support through a bearing so as to be rotatable relative to the support.
