A physiological regulating system (1000), a smart underpants (2000) comprising the physiological regulating system (1000), and a physiological regulating method (3000) using the physiological regulating system (1000). The physiological regulating system (1000) comprises a heating module (1010), a detection module (1020), and a control module (1030). The heating module (1010) is used for heating a body according to a received heating instruction; the detection module (1020) is used for detecting a physiological status so as to obtain physiological status information; and the control module (1030) is used for sending the heating instruction to the heating module (1010), the heating instruction comprising a first heating instruction generated according to the physiological status information. The physiological regulating system (1000) can heat the body according to the physiological status information of a user, so that pain of the user caused by dysmenorrhea, cold in uterus and the like can be relieved.
