Uses of fulvic acid in preparing a feed and/or a preparation for treating or preventing diseases of shrimps or fishes infected by bacteria. The feed is a dry particle feed or a fermented feed. The weight of the fulvic acid in one kilogram of feed ranges from 0.01 grams to 500 grams, and the weight of the fulvic acid in one kilogram of preparation ranges from 0.01 milligrams to 500 milligrams. After the feed or the preparation is provided to shrimps or fishes infected by bacteria, the diseases of the shrimps or the fishes can be cured, and no side effect is left to the shrimps or the fishes.
