An automatic processing system and method for mammary gland screening image used in a medical terminal device. The method comprises the steps of: receiving, by means of an input unit, a mammary gland screening number entered by a user (S21); acquiring, on the basis of the mammary gland screening number, a mammary gland screening image from a mammary gland image database (S22); applying a lossless denoising filter to the mammary gland screening image to obtain a lossless mammary gland screening image (S23); performing a grayscale treatment to the lossless mammary gland screening image to obtain a grayscale mammary gland screening image (S24); comparing differences in texture distribution between the grayscale mammary gland screening image and a normal mammary gland image so as to extract a mammary gland texture feature area from the grayscale mammary gland screening image (S25); marking the mammary gland texture feature area in the grayscale mammary gland screening image (S26); and exporting, by means of an exporting unit, a mammary gland screening image marked with the mammary gland texture feature area so that a physician can perform diagnostics and reference a screening result for a mammary gland (S27). The method and system can automatically mark a mammary gland texture feature area in a mammary gland screening image as a form of reference for a physician, thereby improving the efficiency and accuracy of a mammary gland disease testing and screening performed by the physician.
