The present invention relates to a filtering device for filtering out foreign material contained in an injection solution, which is to flow into a syringe. More specifically, in a syringe comprising a cylinder body part, a plunger, and a syringe needle, a device for filtering out foreign material from a syringe injection solution comprises: a hollow cylindrical part in which the syringe needle is inserted and provided; an injection solution filtering part connected to an end portion of the cylindrical part, and comprising silicone into which the syringe needle is inserted, a filter for filtering out foreign material, and a hollow support bushing provided therebetween; and a needle member provided in the injection solution filtering part so as to suction the injection solution inside an ampoule bottle, and thus the plunger is pulled such that foreign material in the injection solution is filtered out through the filtering part and, simultaneously, the filtered injection solution flows into the cylinder body part through the syringe needle, and then the cylindrical part is separated, thereby enabling the filtered injection solution to be quickly and safely injected.
