Provided is an antirust agent for metal surface phosphorization and passivation, comprising 2-8 parts of potassium dinonylnaphthalene sulfonate, 200-400 parts of phosphoric acid having a concentration of 60%, 10-18 parts of detergent, 150-250 parts of ferric manganese acid phosphate, 80-120 parts of sodium chloride, 50-200 parts of soft water, and 20-80 parts of triethanolamine. The provided antirust agent for metal surface phosphorization and passivation is odorless, achieves complete degreasing, complete dephosphorization, and complete surface phosphorization and passivation, and has good corrosion resistance, low production costs and a long service life.
