An air conditioner control system capable of regulating the temperature automatically and intelligently, comprising an intelligent air conditioner (100), an ambient temperature monitor (200), an intelligent mobile phone (300) and an intelligent remote controller (400), wherein the intelligent air conditioner (100) comprises a master controller (101), a power supply module (102), a temperature regulation module (103) and an infrared receiving module (104); the ambient temperature monitor (200) comprises a micro-processor (201), a data storage module (202), an ambient temperature collection module (203), a control module (204), and an infrared transceiving module (205); when an ambient temperature collected by the ambient temperature collection module (203) is not within a pre-set temperature regulation threshold range, the control module (204) sends a temperature regulation instruction to the micro-processor (201); and the micro-processor (201) generates control information corresponding to the temperature regulation instruction according to the temperature regulation instruction, and transmits the control information to the master controller (101) by means of the infrared transceiving module (205) and the infrared receiving module (104) successively, so that the master controller (101) controls the temperature regulation module (103) to automatically regulate the temperature of the air conditioner to be within the pre-set temperature regulation threshold range.
