A temperature control method for an intelligent air conditioner: scanning temperature of an indoor environment periodically after a user presses a button of a remote control for entering a sleep mode so as to generate an infrared thermal image; determining the location of a human body according to temperature distribution in the infrared thermal image; determining the location of a bed body according to the frequency of the human body appearing in different positions within a certain time period; and acquiring a heat dissipating capacity changing condition of the human body according to the position of the human body in the infrared thermal image, the position of the bed body and the temperature of other areas so as to control temperature according to the heat dissipating capacity changing condition of the human body. Also disclosed is a temperature control system for an intelligent air conditioner and an intelligent air conditioner having the temperature control system. The present invention solves the problem wherein sleep quality is affected when a human body feels an over-heating or over-cooling condition due to the fact that an air conditioner cannot properly regulate temperature in a sleep environment in real time after a person is sound asleep according to the temperature of a human body and the indoor temperature.
