A wireless power supply device which supplies power in a non-contact manner from a stator side to a plurality of power receiving antennas disposed spaced apart in a circumferential direction on a rotor which rotates about an axis O is provided with: an oscillator (90) which causes a high-frequency signal to oscillate; and an annular power transmitting portion (71) including a leaky waveguide tube (80) in which a plurality of radiating portions (83) which radiate the high-frequency signal as radio waves are aligned in the circumferential direction and extend in an arc shape in the circumferential direction.Further, in a system for supplying power wirelessly to a rotating body which supplies driving power to a transmitter disposed on the rotating body from a plurality of oscillators (1) via power transmitting antennas (2) disposed in an annular shape: the oscillators (1) are disposed in an annular shape, each corresponding to one of the power transmitting antennas (2); an oscillating trigger signal first drives one of the oscillators (1), and the oscillating trigger signal then drives the oscillators (1) that are adjacent thereto in the anticlockwise direction and the clockwise direction; and the oscillator (1) that is adjacent in the anticlockwise direction and the oscillator (1) that is adjacent in the clockwise direction are successively driven by means of respective oscillating trigger signals. Each power transmitting antenna (2) is connected to each oscillator (1) using wires (4) having the same length.
