The credit investigation method comprises: an information collection step for collecting information about a terminal device, a credit investigation analysis step for performing credit investigation analysis on the information and generating credit investigation data, a credit investigation data storage step for storing the credit investigation data, and a credit investigation data sending step which comprises receiving an instruction requesting acquisition of credit investigation data and sending the credit investigation data to a third party when an instruction authorizing the third party to acquire the credit investigation data is received. The credit investigation apparatus is used for realizing the credit investigation method, and the computer apparatus and the computer-readable storage medium, when being executed by a processor, can realize the credit investigation method.
