An arterial pulse signal measurement device and pressure sensor. The arterial pulse signal measurement device comprises: a pressure sensor (1) and a measurement device (2). When the pressure sensor (1) comes in contact with a human or animal skin, stratum corneum, or other epidermal organ, and when a constant voltage is applied to a first voltage input terminal (V+) and a second voltage input terminal (V-), the pressure sensor (1) outputting, according to a human or animal arterial pulse, a voltage signal to the measurement device (2). The measurement device (2) then acquiring, on the basis of the voltage signal, a human or animal arterial pulse signal. The arterial pulse signal measurement device has a simple structure and does not require an additional voltage multiplier to measure a human or animal arterial pulse signal. The invention therefore reduces costs, is easily portable, and is not limited by a usage environment.
