An airway stent and a tissue-engineered airway using the airway stent, and application thereof. The airway stent comprises a plurality of support rings (2) arranged at intervals. A supporting element (1) with a hollow mesh structure is provided between adjacent support rings (2). The airway stent provides excellent support, facilitates formation of cartilage of relatively better quality within two weeks, and can be directly used in transplanting.
