Provided is a traditional Chinese medicine formula for tonifying the spleen, comprising Ganoderma lucidum, Polygala tenuifolia, Chinese arborvitae kernel, poria with hostwood, black sesame and Herba Ecliptae. The formula preferably comprises: 20 g of Ganoderma lucidum, 5 g of Polygala tenuifolia, 20 g of Chinese arborvitae kernel, 15 g of poria with hostwood, 5 g of black sesame, and 15 g of Herba Ecliptae. The formula has no toxic or side effects, is rapid in onset time and has good curative effects.
