A method and apparatus for positioning navigation in a human body by means of augmented reality based upon real-time feedback. The method comprises: obtaining a first three-dimensional reconstructed image of a target object according to medical image data of the target object, a medical database system and/or user instructions; generating image transformation parameters according to feature point information about the target object acquired by an AR device, and the first three-dimensional reconstructed image; and adjusting the first three-dimensional reconstructed image according to the image transformation parameters to obtain a second three-dimensional reconstructed image, and displaying same on the AR device in real time. By means of the method, a three-dimensional reconstructed image can be displayed on an AR device, and the displayed three-dimensional reconstructed image is adjusted in real time according to acquired feature point information about a target object, so that the three-dimensional reconstructed image on the AR device is overlapped with the target object seen by a user through the AR device, thus greatly improving the surgical accuracy and efficiency of a doctor during surgery.
