A device to generate electricity using the wind energy. This device is a novel method of Horizontal axis wind mill, comprising of a Horizontal central axis 1 with which each set of popping up drag door pans (fig. 8) are attached laterally and Horizontally. Each set of popping up drag door pans is composed of two or more popping up drag door pans(no.2) which are laterally attached with central rod (no.4) or sleeve at equal distances and at equal angles. The popping up drag door/s (no.3) which are attached with the frame (no.2A) of popping up drag door pan/s (no.2) by means of pivotal hinges, the pressure release doors (no.5) which is built- in with each of the popping up drag door/s (no.3) is meant to save the wind mill when wind blows at high speed and a force transferring arrangement which transfers the mechanical force from the horizontal central axis [no.1] to the generator (no.14). The popping up drag door/s (no.2) are open able only one side of the frame with the help of door stoppers (no.15) and do not cross over to the other side of the frame(no.2A). The popping up drag doors (no.3) of two opposite popping up drag door pans (no.2) in each set opens towards opposite direction. The popping up drag door/s (no.3) are aerodynamically shaped airfoils, also helps to the rotation of horizontal central axis (no.1). While the wind blows over the wind mill, the door/s (no.3) of one popping up drag door pan (no.2) in each set is closed by the wind and pushed back by the blowing wind and results in rotation of the horizontal central axis (no.1). Simultaneously, the door/s (no.3) of opposite popping up drag door pan (no.2) of each set are forcefully opened by the wind force and allow the wind to pass through the gaps in between the opened doors and the opposite pan gives no resistance to the wind. The imbalance of forces registered by the two opposite popping up drag door pans (no.2) of each set of popping up drag doors pan (fig.8) cause the torque and produce electricity. Many windmills can be clustered by coupling (no.17) all the horizontal central axis (no. 1).
