[Problem] To easily remove a pouch body from a large outer container through an opening. [Solution] A liquid storage container removal device 90 is provided with a device body 91 that surrounds an outer container 5, and an anchoring device 95 for anchoring the outer container 5 disposed within the device body 91. A pouch body 3 of a liquid storage container 1 stored within the outer container 5 is caught upon a hook 93b of an electric chain block 93. The electric chain block 93 is operated to raise the hook 93b so that the pouch body 3 is removed from the outer container 5 through an opening 5a.
