ENFORCEMENT CCTV SYSTEM, AGAINST ILLEGAL PARKING AND STOPPING, BY MEANS OF TRACKING MOVING VEHICLES

The present invention relates to an enforcement CCTV system, against illegal parking and stopping, by means of tracking moving vehicles. The system enables regulating of vehicles, which are parked or stopped at a blind spot hidden by neighboring vehicles or obstructions, by means of simultaneously processing images of the movement, parking or stopping, and exiting of a plurality of vehicles in connection with vehicle numbers obtained before the entry of the vehicles to a no parking or stopping zone. Moreover, the present invention enables real-time tracking of a moving vehicle, which is connected to a vehicle number recognized before the entry to an enforcement zone against parking and stopping, by means of a camera system which includes at least one high-quality vehicle number recognition camera, an object-tracking panoramic camera and an enforcement camera, thereby enabling surveillance of a comparatively wide area by means of the single camera system.
