A nasal obstruction relieving device, comprising a connection piece (10) and two nasal plug bodies (20). The two nasal plug bodies (20) are connected with each other by means of the connection piece (10). The nasal plug bodies (20) are hollow cylinders with notches (203). The notches (203) are provided outside of the nasal plug bodies (20) relative to the connection piece (10). By means of providing two hollow cylinders having notches (203) as the nasal plug bodies (20), a front nasal cavity can be expanded, and the nasal obstruction relieving effect is good. By means of designing the notches (203), the nasal obstruction relieving device can adapt to people with different nasal cavity sizes and has high universality. Meanwhile, because the nasal obstruction relieving device has a simple structure, a small side effect and a reasonable price and is convenient to use, a patient can keep using it, and therefore, the nasal obstruction relieving device has a good therapeutic effect on patients suffering from nasal impassability such as snoring and sleep apnea syndrome.
