PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for determining presence or absence of nasal valve obstruction on a subject person.;SOLUTION: A nasal valve obstruction diagnostic device includes: image acquisition means for acquiring a 3D image capturing a resting state of the nose of an object person and a 3D image capturing a breathing state of the nose; and determination means for determining that the object person has a symptom of nasal valve obstruction if an amount of decrease in the whole nose volume in the breathing state to the whole nose volume in the resting state calculated from the 3D image is a preset threshold or more, or if an amount of decrease in the nasal cavity volume in the breathing state to the nasal cavity volume in the resting state specified by nasal cavity volume specification means is a preset threshold or more.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
