NARROW-BEZEL BACKLIGHT MODULE AND LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY

A narrow-bezel backlight module and a liquid crystal display having same. The backlight module comprises: a light source (108), a light guide plate (105), a reflective sheet (106), a plastic frame, and a square adhesive tape (101). The plastic frame is designed to be an iron-plastic integrated structure; several plastic portions protrude out of the edges of the plastic frame to increase the adhesion area of the square adhesive tape (101), so that the problems of difficulty in processing due to insufficient widths of both side edges of the plastic frame and difficulty in assembling due to narrow widths of the both side edges of the plastic frame.
