[Problem] To provide a portable terminal commercialization process management device and a portable terminal commercialization process management method, which make it possible to collectively manage a plurality of portable terminal commercialization task processes. [Solution] A portable terminal commercialization process management device 10 comprises: a terminal database 103A that stores, for each identifier, a rank indicating the rank of a portable terminal and process management information indicating the start or completion of each commercialization process; an inspection results file 103B that stores, by inspection item, inspection results of a portable terminal inspected in an inspection process, for each identifier; an input/output unit 102; an identifier reading unit (bar code reader 105) that reads an identifier; and a control unit 101 that updates the terminal database 103A on the basis of the identifier input by the identifier reading unit and a code indicating the start or completion of each process, reads the process management information from the terminal database 103A, displays on the input/output unit 102 a management screen 1201 indicating the progress status for each process, and determines a ranking by reading the inspection results from the inspection results file 103B for each identifier.
