The present invention relates to an eco-friendly facility for purifying contaminated soil, of a burial site, including that of livestock and organic matter by using a phyto barrier. More specifically, the present invention relates to an eco-friendly facility for purifying contaminated soil, of a burial site, including that of livestock and organic matter by using a phyto barrier, and for purifying burial site leachate that flows out by a first flush, the facility comprising: a burial site in which the leachate flows beneath the lower part thereof; and at least one phyto barrier constructed in an outflow direction of the leachate so as to remove contaminants of the leachate and discharge the leachate from which the contaminants are removed, wherein the phyto barrier includes soil and biochar, which are mixed therein, and plants planted therein and having a self-remediating ability enabling the contaminants to be transported to the inside thereof, such that the biochar adsorbs the contaminants, and the plants transport, to the inside thereof, the contaminants adsorbed onto the biochar by the self-remediating ability.
