A sterilization method for a medical endoscope. The method comprises:step 1: placing an endoscope insert into an ethylene oxide sterilization bag, then performing gas sterilization; and step 2: performing at least one round of gas sterilization to a working channel input end, working channel output end, and instrument channel input end of the endoscope. A sealed chamber sterilization method for a medical endoscope, comprising: placing the endoscope into a sealed chamber, heating and holding the temperature, generating a vacuum, maintaining constant humidity, injecting ethylene oxide for sterilization, ventilating, and opening of the chamber. An ethylene oxide sterilization bag, comprising: a tube support (1) and a gas-permeable bag (3). The tube support (1) is provided with a through hole (2) corresponding to a working channel of the medical endoscope. An opening portion of the gas-permeable bag (3) is sealingly connected to the tube support (1).
