摘要
The present invention concerns an additive manufacture process for manufacturing a blank of a metal object from a digital object, by adding metal material to a support that is itself metal, combined with a supply of energy. The metal material is added in the form of several discrete surface elements (1, 1', 2), the energy supply allowing the elements to be welded to the support (3) in at least two passes, i.e. a first pass and a second pass, each surface element being defined by a length (L, l) along which it is welded to the support, a height (h) by which it protrudes from the support after being welded thereto, and a thickness (e) in a plane substantially perpendicular to that defined by the height (h) and the length (L, l) of the element, the height of the element being greater than the thickness of same, the process comprising a step of removing material, carried out in the dry state, from at least one of the elements of the first pass before carrying out the second pass.
