The present invention relates to an anti-jamming location tracking terminal and an anti-jamming method using the same. An anti-jamming method for a location tracking terminal, according to the present invention, comprises the steps of: allowing a first terminal to generate an emergency message including identification information and location information on the first terminal, when a first communication network is determined to be in a disabled state due to jamming; and allowing the first terminal to broadcast the emergency message by using an RF signal. According to the present invention, incapacitation of a location tracking device using jamming can be overcome in response to a vehicle theft, and information can be provided so as to enable a control server to track the location even when communication of a vehicle is disconnected because of jamming. Therefore, a vehicle and a passenger can be doubly protected when a crime such as vehicle theft occurs.
