The present invention relates to an anti-jamming location tracking terminal and an anti-jamming method using the same. According to the present invention, the method comprises: a step in which a first terminal generates an emergency message including identification (ID) information and location information thereof when a first communication network is in a disable state due to jamming; and a step in which the first terminal uses a radio frequency (RF) signal to broadcast the emergency message. According to the present invention, it is possible to overcome incapacitation of a location tracking device against car theft using jamming and to provide information for a control server to track a location even when communication of a car is blocked by jamming. Accordingly, provided is an effect of double protection of a car and a passenger even when a crime, such as the car theft, occurs.
