A solid high-temperature aerobic fermentation reaction system and method. The solid high-temperature aerobic fermentation reaction system comprises a solid high-temperature aerobic fermentation system (603), a boiler system (604), a malodor and flue gas treatment system (605), and a detecting and controlling system; the solid high-temperature aerobic fermentation system (603) comprises 1~x number of solid high-temperature aerobic fermentation reactors (701A, 701B…701X), each of the solid high-temperature aerobic fermentation reactors (701A, 701B…701X) comprises a slopping horizontal drum (114), covers at feed side and discharge side (101, 122) labyrinth-seals (108, 115), a power carrier roller group (200), an anti-adhesion stirring device (109), and an integral base seat (123). A water jacket is provided outside the horizontal drum (114); the anti-adhesion stirring device (109) is provided inside the horizontal drum (114); the horizontal drum (114) is positioned on the power carrier roller group (200). The boiler system (604) comprises a hot water boiler (714), a water circulation pump (715), a three-way electronic tuning valve (707), and solenoid valves (708A, 708B…708X), and the water outlet of the boiler system (604) is in communication with the jackets of the solid high-temperature aerobic fermentation reactors (701A, 701B…701X). The malodor and flue gas treatment system (605) comprises a malodor heat exchange and condensation device (801), a flue gas heat exchange and condensation device (802), biological deodorization filter towers (806A, 806B), induced draft fans (803A, 803B), and solenoid valves (804A, 804B). The detecting and controlling system is so arranged that the sensor of each system outputs detecting signals to the controller and the controller controls each system to coordinately operate. The solid high-temperature aerobic fermentation reaction system and method reduces contaminants, renders contaminants harmless, and transforms contaminants into resources; the system occupies less area, is not affected by environmental factors and low temperature conditions, and has high fermentation efficiency and a good environmentally friendly effect.
