A fermentation temperature control system and method for animal farm waste pollution treatment, comprising: a hot water boiler (506), 1 to n solid-state fermentation reactors (207A, 207B, ... , 207N), 1 to n liquid-state fermentation reactors (505A, 505B, ... , 505N), and a controller. Water inlets of water jackets of the solid-state fermentation reactors (207A, 207B, ... , 207N) are connected in parallel to each other. Water inlets of water jackets or heating or cooling pipe coils of the liquid-state fermentation reactors (505A, 505B, ... , 505N) are connected in parallel to each other. Water outlets of the water jackets or pipe coils of each of the solid-state fermentation reactors (207A, 207B, ... , 207N) and of the liquid-state fermentation reactors (505A, 505B, ... , 505N) are respectively connected to solenoid valves (206A, 206B, ... ,206N; 504A, 504B, ... , 504N), and are then connected to a return pipeline (708) of the hot water boiler. A water supply pipeline (711) of the hot water boiler is connected to an input of a 3-way electric-controlled valve (706). Two outputs of the 3-way electric-controlled valve (706) are respectively connected to the water inlets of the solid-state fermentation reactor water jacket and of the liquid-state fermentation reactor water jacket or pipe coil. Temperature sensors (105, 107, 110, 112) are respectively installed on the hot water boiler (506), solid-state fermentation reactors (207A, 207B, ... , 207N), and liquid-state fermentation reactors (505A, 505B, ... , 505N). The controller compares a collected material temperature reading with a preset value, and outputs a control signal to control the 3-way electric-controlled valve and the water outlet solenoid valves (206A, 206B, ... ,206N; 504A, 504B, ... , 504N). The temperature control system and method can achieve intelligent control of fermentation temperature to ensure performance and fast reaction speed, prevent an organism and microbe from entering dormancy, and convert fermentation heat generated into a utilizable resource.
