A system and a method for separating large-scale pig farm contaminant sources, comprising a rain and contaminant diverting pigsty, a residual pig drinking water collecting and drainage apparatus, and a pig excrement and urine and stall flushing water separating and collecting apparatus; the outside of the side wall of the rain and contaminant diverting pigsty is provided with a rainwater drainage channel (201); a drainage pipeline (101) of the residual pig drinking water collecting and drainage apparatus is connected to the rainwater drainage channel (201) outside the side wall; the pig excrement and urine and stall flushing water separating and collecting apparatus comprises: a slatted floor (202) being installed in the rain and contaminant diverting pigsty, a V-shaped sloping surface (205) being arranged below the slatted floor (230), the bottom end of the V-shaped sloping surface (205) being an excrement clearing ditch, an excrement scraping system being arranged inside the excrement clearing ditch (206), the very bottom end of the excrement clearing ditch (206) being connected to an excrement collecting pit (306), and an input pipeline of a sludge pump (307) being arranged at the bottom of the excrement collecting pit (306). Separation of excrement and urine, rainwater, residual drinking water, and stall flushing water is thereby implemented, such that the excrement and urine and the stall flushing water are respectively automatically collected, laying a solid foundation for the utilisation of excrement and urine as a resource and achieving drainage standards for stall flushing water processing.
